Five Stars! UnitedHealthcare has
Five Plans with
Five Stars in Texas!

It’s official! UnitedHealthcare has five plans in Texas that have received
a five star designation for 2017 by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services (CMS)! Here are the plans: |

Houston – AARP® MedicareComplete® Plan 1(H4527-037) |
| • |
El Paso - AARP® MedicareComplete® Focus (H4527-005): This is the only five-star plan available in El Paso. |
| • |
Corpus Christi - AARP® MedicareComplete® Focus (H4527-001): This is the only five-star plan available in the Corpus Christi area. |
| • |
Rio Grande Valley - AARP® MedicareComplete® Focus (H4527-013): This is the only five-star plan available in the Rio Grande Valley. |

Austin - AARP® MedicareComplete® Focus (H4527-002): This is the only five-star plan available in Austin. |

What does this mean for you?

Here is how medicare.gov outlines the SEP:
Medicare uses information from member satisfaction surveys, plans, and health care providers to give overall performance star ratings to plans. A plan can get a rating between 1 and 5 stars. A 5-star rating is considered excellent. These ratings help you compare plans based on quality and performance. Medicare updates these ratings each fall for the following year. These ratings can change each year.

You can only switch to a 5-star Medicare Prescription Drug Plan if one is available in your area. |

You can only use this Special Enrollment Period once during the time frame below. |
Note: You can switch to a 5-star Medicare Advantage Plan, Medicare Cost Plan, or Medicare Prescription Drug Plan once from Dec. 8–Nov. 30. |

You may now have a five-star plan in your area to present to consumers. Reminder: You are required to communicate the 2017 Star Rating for the plan(s) you present during formal and informal marketing/sales events, one-on-one marketing appointments or telephonically. |

Make sure you use the updated ratings! You can find the 2017 Star Ratings information on Medicare.gov. |
